Daily Chronos
A blue time portal in a laboratory
Daily Chronos is a daily history guessing game. Use seven increasingly specific clues and a sharpening portal image to name a historical event, person, invention or discovery.

The written hint and the portal image describe the same subject. The picture becomes sharper as more clues arrive.
Enter the event, person, invention or discovery. A related object alone may be too broad; the game asks you to identify the subject.
Each clue gives you one guess and 25 seconds. An incorrect answer or timeout spends that clue and reveals the next.
Try to identify the subject with as few of the seven clues as possible. Wrong-answer feedback can indicate a related event, the right era or category, or an answer that needs to be more specific.
The official help uses the Moon landing to show the required level of detail. This is a rules example, not today’s answer.
| Example entry | What the help explains |
|---|---|
| Moon landing / Apollo 11 | Either names the event |
| Rocket | A related object alone is not enough |
The game accepts familiar names and spelling variations. Identify the subject rather than guessing a broad category.
