How to play Squirdle

Choose a Pokémon
Type a name, select a suggestion and submit it.

Compare the attributes
Use generation, Type 1, Type 2, height and weight to narrow the next choice. Up and down arrows compare the target with your guess.

Adjust the next guess
Keep matching attributes. A yellow type indicator means that type belongs in the other type position.
Squirdle scoring
Find the Pokémon before the guess counter reaches zero. The regular game checked here starts with nine guesses; Daily and Stats are separate links.
Use the attribute feedback
An illustrative guide to the feedback, not today’s solution.

What does an upward arrow mean?
Your guessed value is too low. Look for a Pokémon with a higher generation, height or weight for that column.
What does a yellow type mean?
The type is present in the target, but in the other type slot.
Can I restrict generations?
Use the generation range and type filters in the original game.
